HFMA's e-Learning Program is a self-paced and time-efficient way to take control of your career. With hundreds of manageable lessons and you in control, you can cover topics such as,Billing Basics, Cost Control, OIG compliance, Claims Denials Management, Registration Procedures, and Finance Core Essentials in just 15 minutes a day. Training can be done at anytime from any PC computer with multimedia capacity and high-speed web access.

Program Terms.  Completion Certificates. CPE Credits. CHFP Maintenance

The courses on the HFMA website the learning program are available for 6 months after purchase. Each lesson within the course takes approximately 15 minutes to complete followed by a multiple choice or true/false test. If you do not pass the test, the lesson stays in your lesson plan as incomplete. This allows you to retake the lesson and pass the test.  When you sucessfully finish a lesson a Certificate of Completion is available for you to print for your records..

CPE Credits: Upon completion of the training you may submit copies of your Certificates of Completion for all the lessons you successfully completed.to your State Board of Accountancy for credit under self-study.  Each state will determine the amount of credit it awards for the completed training.

CHFP Maintenance: eLearning training may be submitted to HFMA as continuing education for maintaining your certification.  You may submit the course work completed through the HFMA website under the “Certification” tab.
