Course Modules
All of the modules offered for individual purchase are selections from HFMA’s larger curricula that are sold to healthcare organizations. You’ll find modules from these broad areas that are important to every healthcare financial professional:

HFMA e-learning courses continue to provide a fast and easy way to increase your knowledge, develop professionally, and advance your career – from work or home. You only need a PC with multimedia capacity and high-speed web access. Courses are affordable, and you’ll be able to find some the most important and relevant topics to today’s environment. Once you have purchased a module, you will have access to it for 6 months.
Modules available for purchase through this website will take between 1 and10 hours to complete. Modules are made up of individual courses. Each course includes a multiple choice or true/false test at the end, in addition to review questions containing “feedback” sprinkled throughout the course. If you do not pass the test, the course stays in your lesson plan as incomplete. This allows you to retake the course and pass the test. When you successfully pass the test for a course, a Certificate of Completion is available for you to print for your records.
CPE Credits: Upon completion of the training you may submit copies of your Certificates of Completion for all the lessons you successfully completed.to your State Board of Accountancy for credit under self-study. Each state will determine the amount of credit it awards for the completed training.
CHFP Maintenance: eLearning training may be submitted to HFMA as continuing education for maintaining your certification. You may submit the course work completed through the HFMA website under the “Certification” tab.
